All nurse very attentive and was there for anything I needed. I felt it was a safe space and never felt uncomfortable or pressured.

Waited 2 hours in reception, the staff had no idea who I was or why I was there. Was initially told it was to late for the procedure by the time they came to see me
Nurses before and after treatment are great, they are so comforting. Biscuits are out of date
